Toutefois aucune proc\u00e9dure claire n&rsquo;\u00e9taient \u00e9tablie pour leur prise en charge. Une personne devaient donc centraliser et prendre en charge ce volume d&rsquo;incidents.<\/p>\n<h2>Les actions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>qualifier le stock d&rsquo;incidents<\/li>\n<li>collecter les incidents<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9tablir et diffuser une proc\u00e9dure de collecte<\/li>\n<li>suivre les volumes et fournir une topographie<\/li>\n<li>proposer une qualit\u00e9 de service<\/li>\n<li>compl\u00e9ter et formaliser la demande de correction\/\u00e9volution.<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9aliser ou faire r\u00e9aliser l&rsquo;intervention<\/li>\n<li>coordonner la mise en production<\/li>\n<li>assurer la formation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Fin de mission<\/h2>\n<p>Une volume important a pu \u00eatre \u00e9cart\u00e9 rapidement car li\u00e9 \u00e0 des m\u00e9connaissances des m\u00e9tiers et une partie des interventions est r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, planifi\u00e9 ou enregistr\u00e9. il s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que des formations aux m\u00e9tiers a pu r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les entr\u00e9es.
