A cel\u00e0 s&rsquo;ajoute la r\u00e9organisation du capital de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et des services. Un d\u00e9lai d&rsquo;un an permet de ren\u00e9gocier l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des dispositions d&rsquo;entreprises (temps de travail, cong\u00e9s, r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, prime,&#8230;) en plus des instances habituelles (n\u00e9gociations annuelles).<\/p>\n<h2>Les actions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e9gocier les accords d&rsquo;entreprises<\/li>\n<li>Analyser les impacts des dispositions propos\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Proposer des dispositions alternatives<\/li>\n<li>Organiser les r\u00e9unions de salari\u00e9s pour indiquer les avancements<\/li>\n<li>Repr\u00e9senter les salari\u00e9s lors d&rsquo;entretien de licenciement sur demande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Fin de mission<\/h2>\n<p>La difficile p\u00e9riode de ren\u00e9gociation des accords d&rsquo;entreprise a abouti \u00e0 des am\u00e9nagements \u00e9quitables laissant la place \u00e0 une phase classique de n\u00e9gociation. Les salari\u00e9s ont pu obtenir un bilan des changements, \u00eatre rassur\u00e9s sur certaines craintes et confirm\u00e9s sur d&rsquo;autres.
